We are open to the public, as well as serving our Veterans.

Energy healing is recognized as healing arts, and currently in use by most of the military medical community as a protocol for treating post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) and other emotional and physical health issues incurred by brave men and women thrust into harm’s way to protect our fragile freedoms.  Active duty service members and veterans have been seeking and receiving effective alternative treatments outside of what is  provided in military and Veterans Administration settings.  Heaven and Earth Oasis was formed as a Nonprofit to address this widespread need of offering Alternative Healing for our Veterans.

The Heaven & Earth Oasis staff comprises certified, licensed energy healing professionals offering an array of best practices from the healing arts:  Reiki, DNA Theta, water therapy, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, biofeedback, and other healing methods.  Scientific research continues to demonstrate the effectiveness of these alternative therapies for PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and pain management.  These are common symptoms of returning military service personnel who have defended our country, so we provide them with training and individual treatments.

Thanks to our donors, U.S. servicemen and women are receiving gratis the most effective, professional holistic healing methods to help them recover, re-enter society and re-engage in productive work. 

President/Founder

For 20 years, Valerie Heath worked with military groups, such as the Veterans Assistance Network, during this time, she became aware that military veterans need the most help to heal physically and emotionally, and she was gripped by a determination to do something meaningful for them in the healing arts. Valerie studied to become a Reiki Master, Theta Healer, and Energy Alchemy Practitioner, as well as nutrition counseling. Valerie brings her extensive experience and deep empathy to her work, dedicated to improving the well-being of veterans and others who need support on their healing journeys.

Vice President

Shirrell M. McCarey is originally from Frankfurt, Germany, where she was born and raised on an Army Garrison. A retired Navy veteran, Shirrell is actively involved with numerous veteran organizations, including the DAV, American Legion, AGIF, and NHVDS Coalition. Notably, she is the first African American State Commander in 75 years.

Shirrell is dedicated to helping veterans and military personnel secure benefits for their families. She recently became a certified Chaplain through Living Shield Ministries and is mandated through DPSS and the Department of Aging. 

Treasurer

Adam is a dedicated individual with a passion for serving his community. As the Treasurer of Heaven and Earth Oasis, a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, Adam manages the financial resources that support the organization’s mission.

Aside from his professional achievements, Adam is deeply committed to serving his community. He volunteers his time and resources to several charitable organizations, including local food banks and homeless shelters. He is also a proud supporter of the military and has organized several events to honor and support veterans and their families.

Executive Director 

Linda Thomas is an expert in real estate development and energetic healing, integrating physical and spiritual well-being. As a Reiki Master and Alchemy Energetic Practitioner, she leads group retreats and meditation sessions, helping others achieve balance and fulfillment. As the Executive Director of Heaven Earth Oasis and the daughter of an army veteran, Linda is dedicated to providing holistic healing for veterans. She brings strategic direction to the organization, ensuring its mission to support veterans is achieved.
